Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring for a Spa Concierge (full-time and part-time) to deliver the ultimate guest experience in a welcoming luxury setting. You will handle phone bookings, greet guests, educate them about services, upsell products, and help meet sales quotas while representing the Woodhouse brand.

Competitive pay with commissions, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth are offered across our nationwide locations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience.
• Experience meeting sales quotas.
• Ability to recommend products.
• Focus on building relationships with clients.
• Able to upsell services.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal attention from the moment guests walk in.
• Educate guests on Woodhouse experiences and amenities.
• Answer the phone and book appointments with a smile.

We are hiring for Full Time and Full Time & Part Time Spa Concierge. (Hourly plus commission)

More Specifically, Our Fabulous Spa Concierge

• Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks though the door
• Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience
• Answers the phone and books appointments with a smile each and every time
• Is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music and scent to ensure that memorable experience
• Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guest’s favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
• Serves as back up for the leadership team, when they are busy taking care the “big stuff”, you always make sure things are running smoothly
• Sales experience 2-3 yrs
• Experience working with sales quotas
• Experience in recommending products
• Focus on building relationships with clients to build rapport
• Ability to up-sell services

Compensation: $8.50 - $12.00 / hour depending on experience
