The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring full-time and part-time Spa Concierge to deliver the ultimate guest experience. You will welcome guests, explain the Woodhouse experience, and help them enjoy locker room access and amenities with a warm, seamless touch.

You will also serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining a welcoming environment with thoughtful lighting, music, and scent. Training is provided, and perks support ongoing growth and guest satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door.
• Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome and access to locker room and amenities, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Answers the phone with a smile each and every time.
• Acts as brand ambassador, ensuring a clean, safe space with proper lighting, music and scent for a memorable guest experience.
• Remembers small details that make The Woodhouse special, like the guest’s favorite drink and personal dates.
• Backs up leadership when busy, helping things run smoothly.

More specifically, our fabulous Spa Concierge:

• Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks though the door
• Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience
• Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
• Is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music and scent to ensure that memorable experience
• Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guest’s favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
• Serves as back up for the leadership team, when they are busy taking care the “big stuff”, you always make sure things are running smoothly
