Job summary

Elase is seeking a Client Coordinator for our Arcadia spa. This part-time, hourly, non-exempt role handles all point-of-sale processes, answers phones, schedules clients, oversees membership sales, and ensures a smooth end-to-end appointment flow.

You will manage nightly reporting, cash and transaction handling, and the full client care experience, reporting to the General Manager. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of customer service, experience in aesthetics, and comfort with MS Office,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Experience in the aesthetics or beauty industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full point-of-sale functions in the spa.
• Answer all inbound communication and convert inquiries into consultations.
• Maintain a professional work environment and adhere to privacy/compliance policies.
• Own the appointment lifecycle including reminders, check-in, cancellations, and rebooking.
• Oversee client membership maintenance including selling and addressing concerns.
• Work with the General Manager to meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Create a welcoming environment with high client-service standards.
• Support the spa with administrative/office tasks and opening/closing procedures.
