Job summary

Elase in Sugar House, Utah, is seeking a Client Coordinator to support our spa by managing all point‑of‑sale processes, answering phones, scheduling clients, and overseeing membership sales. The role includes end‑to‑end appointment flow and nightly reporting.

The position is full‑time, hourly, non‑exempt, with responsibilities spanning cash handling, client care, and coordination with the General Manager to meet KPIs. Excellent team collaboration and privacy adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Experience in aesthetics or beauty industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full point‑of‑sale functions in the spa.
• Answer all inbound communication and convert inquiries into consultations.
• Maintain a professional environment and ensure compliance with privacy policies.
• Own the appointment lifecycle including reminders, check‑in, cancellations and rebooking.
• Oversee client membership maintenance and sales.
• Collaborate with General Manager to meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Create a welcoming environment and uphold client service standards.
• Assist with administrative and office tasks.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services offered at Elase.
• Report incidents regarding clients.
• Support other duties as assigned by management.
