Job summary

SkinSpirit is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to support daily medical spa operations. You will handle telephone coverage, scheduling, registration, and opening/closing transactions while delivering outstanding client care.

Ideal candidates will provide excellent service, multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment, and work a mix of weekday, weekend, and evening shifts on-site. Prior aesthetic or medical office experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; AA preferred.
• 1+ years of customer or sales experience required; experience in an aesthetic setting preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize with a consistently high level of accuracy.
• Must be a team player.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
• Knowledge of Internet, Outlook, Excel, Word and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Social media experience is a plus.
• Excellent, written, verbal and interpersonal skills; great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in medical office/understanding of cosmetic procedures/skin care products.
• Experience with Zenoti or other POS systems preferred by not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with the daily activities of a medical spa including telephone coverage and appointment scheduling.
• Handle registration, opening and closing transactions and client care.
• Maintain confidentiality in all guest matters.
