As the Spa Manager in Omaha, NE, you will lead daily operations, coach your team to meet sales goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in retail and/or beauty.
• Flexible availability to support business needs.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and business performance.
• Comfortable using POS, scheduling, and guest management software.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to professionally resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment.
