European Wax Center is seeking a Retail Manager to lead the center’s daily operations in Omaha, oversee a dedicated team, and drive guest satisfaction while achieving sales goals. This full-time in-center role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and high standards of service.

The candidate will manage KPIs, budgets, staffing, and operations, ensuring compliance and an outstanding guest experience. Flexibility for varied schedules and opening/closing shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in retail or beauty is preferred.
• Flexible availability to support business needs.
• Proven leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and business performance.
• Comfortable using POS, scheduling, and guest management software.
