Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Guest service experience in spa or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to engage with guests in courteous and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the Spa.
• Provide tours and information about the Facility and its features.
• Assist clients with proper equipment usage.
• Assist guests with booking treatments by phone or in person and record transactions.
• Report any accidents or injuries to Security.
• Monitor spa and fitness areas for cleanliness and safety.
