Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Spa Attendant for the La Quinta Resort and Club. You will greet guests, provide tours of the spa, and assist with equipment usage to ensure a relaxing, enjoyable experience.

The role emphasizes guest interaction and seamless service in a luxury resort setting. The position requires a welcoming personality, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Frequent bending, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 30 lbs; up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting clients as they enter the Spa.
• Providing tours and information about the facility and features.
• Assisting clients with proper equipment usage.
• Assisting guests with booking treatments, by phone or in person, and recording the transactions.
• Reporting any accidents or injuries to Security.
• Monitoring the spa and fitness room for cleanliness and safety.
