Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Spa Attendant for Hammock Beach Resort & Spa, part of a luxury resort within our portfolio. You will greet guests, introduce facilities, assist with equipment and booking treatments, and ensure the spa remains clean and welcoming.

The role emphasizes exceptional guest service in a busy resort setting. The position requires a friendly, detail‑oriented individual who can work under pressure, communicate effectively, and be flexible with weekend and holiday

Qualifications

CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Engaging and welcoming personality.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to bend, push/pull, and lift up to 30 lbs (occasional up to 50 lbs).
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greeting clients as they enter the Spa.
Providing tours and information about the facility and its features.
Assisting clients with proper equipment usage.
Assisting guests with booking treatments, by phone or in person, and recording transactions.
Reporting any accidents or injuries to Security.
Monitoring the spa and fitness room for cleanliness and safety.
