Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Spa Attendant at the La Quinta Resort and Club. You will welcome guests, provide tours of the spa, assist with equipment use and treatment bookings, and ensure the spa remains clean and safe. This role requires engaging communication, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced resort environment.

Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred. Weekend and holiday availability is expected, with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest

Qualifications

• CPR or First Aid certification preferred.
• Guest-focused and detail-oriented with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the spa and provide a warm welcome.
• Give tours of the spa and explain facilities and program components.
• Assist clients with proper equipment usage.
• Assist guests with booking treatments by phone or in person and record transactions.
• Report any accidents or injuries to Security.
• Monitor spa and fitness areas for cleanliness and safety.
