Pyramid Global Hospitality invites you to join Hammock Beach Resort & Spa as a Spa Attendant, delivering courteous guest service and a relaxing spa experience in a luxury setting. You will greet guests, explain facilities, and help guests enjoy treatments with a welcoming demeanor.

The role emphasizes cleanliness, safety, and teamwork, with a focus on memorable guest interactions. A CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Formación

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to bend, push/pull, and lift up to 30 lbs; occasional 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting clients as they enter the Spa.
• Providing clients with tours and information related to the Facility and its features.
• Assisting clients and guests with proper equipment usage.
• Assisting guests with booking treatments, either by phone or in person and recording the transactions in the appropriate area.
• Reporting any accidents or injuries to the Security Department.
• Monitors the spa and fitness room for cleanliness, safety, and provides direction or instructions when appropriate.
