Pinehurst, LLC. seeks a Spa Attendant to ensure a premier guest experience across the spa, fitness, and lounge areas. Greet guests, manage lockers and robes, escort to service areas, and maintain a spotless spa environment.

Strong English communication, professional appearance, and teamwork are essential. Prior customer service in a spa setting is preferred and helpful for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a spa setting.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow directions, multi-task, and maintain discretion and privacy.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests, assign lockers, issue robes/slippers, and escort to service areas promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderly spa, locker rooms, and treatment areas.
• Replenish robes, towels, toiletries, and supplies as needed.
• Guide guests on proper use of whirlpools, saunas, steam rooms, and ensure safety.
• Support team with workstation organization and cross-sell spa services when appropriate.
