Kohler Co. is seeking a Spa Attendant I to join our onsite spa team in Green Bay, WI. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming environment and assist guests throughout their spa experience, ensuring a smooth flow between services.

The role emphasizes service-driven, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced hospitality setting, with opportunities to grow while providing exceptional guest interactions and maintaining top standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience with computer systems and/or facility maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and amenities in respite rooms and throughout the spa.
• Support guest check-in with robes, sandals, and lockers.
• Assist with linen collection, stocking, and treatment room readiness.
• Clean baths and spaces between services to ensure smooth transitions.
• Monitor and maintain lounge and relaxation pool areas.
• Provide support with food and beverage service and restocking.
• Assist with group setups and special requests.
• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership.
• Follow all opening/closing procedures and safety protocols.
