Kohler Co. is seeking a Female Spa Attendant at Kohler Waters Spa in Kohler, WI. This onsite, part-time position covers weekday and weekend shifts from early morning through evening.

Responsibilities include assisting with reception, maintaining spa cleanliness, handling linens, and supporting guests with exceptional service. Applicants must be 16+ and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. Hourly pay ranges from $10.70 to $16.00.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of spa facility and equipment.
• Assist Reception Desk for guest check-in, sandals, robes and lockers.
• Collect used linens from treatment rooms for pick-up.
• Distribute clean linens to storage areas and treatment rooms.
• Keep spa relaxation pool lounge area neat and orderly.
• Assist Group Coordinator with setup for group requirements.
• Keep desk, reception, retail areas, and floors clean and organized.
• Follow opening/closing procedures.
• Assist spa technicians by locating guests, conveying messages, and addressing guest needs.
• Maintain a high level of customer service for all spa guests.

Female Spa Attendant, Kohler Waters Spa

Work Mode: Onsite

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment
  
• Attending to the Reception Desk located in the lower level to accommodate client check-in for sandals, robes and lockers
  
• Gathering used linens from treatment rooms and assemble for pick-up by The American
  
• Club laundry staff; distribute clean linens to designated storage areas and/or treatment rooms
  
• Maintaining neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area
  
• Assisting Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements
  
• Consistently maintaining cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring
  
• Being responsible for knowing and performing proper opening/closing procedures
  
• Assisting spa technicians with locating guests, giving messages or communicating guest's needs
  
• Maintaining a high level of customer service for all spa guests
  

This is a part time position, working weekdays & weekends. Shifts vary between 6:15 am - 9:30 pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older to apply
• Prior computer experience helpful
• Customer service related experience required

The hourly range for this position is $10.70 - $16.00. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
