Job summary

SANDIA RESORT HOTEL in Albuquerque is seeking a Spa Attendant to maintain cleanliness of locker rooms and spa lounge areas, greet guests, offer tours, and serve beverages.

You will set up spa lounges, assist with linen handling, answer guest questions about spa services, and work with the team to ensure a safe and welcoming guest experience.

A friendly approach, strong customer service, and the ability to multi-task are essential; background check and NM Alcohol Server license may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and provide spa tours.
• Set up spa lounge, locker rooms, and spa amenities with linens and refreshments.
• Maintain cleanliness in locker rooms and spa areas; restock supplies.
• Respond to guest inquiries about spa services and promotions; assist with inquiries.
• Direct guests to pools, steam room, and sauna ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, to spa guests.
• Participate in team huddles and stay aware of daily spa operations.
• Complete computer-based training and apply skills on the job.
