Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for warm guest impressions.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities in fast-paced settings.
• Attention to detail for scheduling, billing, and guest preferences.
• Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented with guest requests.
• Proficiency with scheduling and POS systems; general computer skills.
• Teamwork and collaboration with therapists and other hotel departments.
• Understanding of spa services and retail guidance.
• Professional presentation in a luxury environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year guest-facing exp preferred.
• Experience with spa booking software or PMS preferred.
• Luxury hotel or resort experience preferred but not required.
• Cash handling and guest transactions experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide tours of spa features and services.
• Book appointments by phone or in person and record transactions.
• Answer phone professionally and offer assistance.
• Promote spa services and retail products.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and manage transactions.
• Coordinate with spa staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain spa rooms and front-of-house areas for guest readiness.
• Assist in training new staff on front desk procedures.
• Follow safety regulations and PPE protocols.
• Support inventory control and communicate reordering needs.
• Carry out deep cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Other duties as assigned at any properties.
