Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide tours and information about spa features and services.
• Answer the telephone professionally and offer assistance.
• Book appointments by phone or in person and record transactions accurately.
• Promote spa services and recommend retail products to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain spa rooms and front‑of‑house spaces in a clean, guest-ready state.
• Support inventory control and communicate reordering needs.
• Assist in training newer staff on front desk procedures.
• Carry out opening/closing procedures and follow PPE protocols.
