Responsibilities

• Welcome and check-in guests and familiarize them with locker room and facilities.
• Provide information about spa and resort operations to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker room, showers, lounges and related areas.
• Keep indoor pool, changing rooms and fitness studio clean and orderly.
• Assist with basic reception tasks and spa software understanding as needed.
• Provide personal attention to ensure pleasant guest visits.
• Support teamwork and professional conduct among staff.
• Adhere to Omni Boston Seaport standards for appearance.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure guest safety.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
