Job summary

You will own the guest journey, helping guests book spa services, guiding them through sauna, steam, whirlpool, and other amenities, and promoting treatments and retail products.

The starting rate is $15.41 per hour, with wellness incentives, health protections, and employee discounts in a dynamic entertainment environment.

• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly and engaging service per S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations.
• Follow all departmental policies and safety/sanitation procedures.
• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas, keeping them stocked and sanitary at all times.
• Assist guests in booking spa services via spa software and guide them to appointments.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.
