Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Biloxi, Mississippi is seeking a Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their visit.

You will assist guests with spa and salon appointments, check them in and out, provide friendly and professional service, and promote services and retail items. The starting pay is $14.50 per hour plus service charge and 3% commission, with opportunities to grow through wellness programs and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.
• Follow all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies.
• Provide services including assisting guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments, check guests in and out of facility, provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients.
• Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions, ensure professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees, manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa/salon software system.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.
