Job summary

MGM Grand Detroit is seeking a Massage Therapist to join our team. This role requires a Michigan license and at least one year of spa or salon experience. You will deliver Swedish, Deep Tissue, and other modalities while maintaining the highest standards of guest service and safety.

This part-time position offers a commission-based starting rate with tips, fostering opportunities to upsell services and products to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Michigan massage license.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in spa or salon setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of massage modalities (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue) to guests.
• Deliver professional, friendly and engaging guest service to exceed expectations.
• Promote and upsell services, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and maintain equipment and treatment rooms.
