Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.
• Follow all policies including safety and sanitation procedures.
• Deliver massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue) per department protocols.
• Proactively promote and upsell services, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.
