Job summary

Kohler Co. in Lincoln Park, IL, is seeking a Male Spa Attendant for a casual part-time, onsite role. You will help maintain Kohler Waters Spa, welcome guests at reception for sandals and robes, and support housekeeping and spa operations while delivering high levels of customer service.

Shifts run weekdays and weekends from 7:00am to 9:00pm. Must be 16+ and able to obtain a Bartending License on hire; prior customer service experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older to apply.
• Must be able to obtain Bartending License upon hire.
• Prior computer experience helpful.
• Customer service related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment.
• Attending to the Reception Desk located in the lower level to accommodate client check-in for sandals, robes and lockers.
• Gathering used linens from treatment rooms and assemble for pick-up by The American.
• Club laundry staff; distribute clean linens to designated storage areas and/or treatment rooms.
• Maintaining neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area.
• Assisting Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements.
• Consistently maintaining cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring.
• Being responsible for knowing and performing proper opening/closing procedures.
• Assisting spa technicians with locating guests, giving messages or communicating guest's needs.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service for all spa guests.
