Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
- Adherence to appearance standards including tattoos/piercings and hair color policies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and follow safety/sanitation procedures.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of indoor and outdoor spa facilities, lockers, and relaxation areas.
- Stock towels, toiletries, and service items; tidy all areas and restock supplies as needed.
- Clean and sanitize treatment rooms and locker areas; assist with pool area upkeep.
- Assist with setting up for spa and pool services and guest-facing duties.
- Follow departmental policies and safety procedures at all times.
