Job summary

Four Seasons Westlake Village is seeking a Spa Attendant to join our team. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining a pristine spa environment while engaging with guests and answering questions with warmth and care.

The ideal candidate will enjoy delivering exceptional service in a serene setting, coordinating with spa staff, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests during check-in, treatment, and post-service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Six months' experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of which chemicals to use for spa areas.
• Authorized to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and maintain spa including refreshments, locker rooms, pre-treatment area.
• Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, resolving requests and complaints as needed.
• Assist guests to their appointments as they relate to the Spa services.

About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Spa Attendant to join our dynamic and uplifting team. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining a pristine and inviting spa environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging with guests, answering their questions, and delivering an unparalleled level of service in a serene setting.

What You Will Do

• Set-up and maintain spa including refreshments, locker rooms, pre-treatment area.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.
• Assist guest to their appointments as they relate to the Spa services.

What You Bring

• High school degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Six months previous experience working in housekeeping or a related field
• The ability to have oral proficiency in the English language
• The ability to have attention to detai
• The ability to know which chemicals to use for what areas
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
