Job summary

Four Seasons Jackson Hole is seeking a dedicated Spa Attendant to ensure locker rooms and guest areas are impeccably clean and welcoming. You will set up and maintain spa refreshments, assist guests with inquiries, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.

This role requires the ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Legal work authorization in the United States is required, along with a passion for beauty and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure spa locker rooms are well maintained and guest experience is flawless.
• Set-up and maintain spa refreshments, locker rooms, work out areas, pre-treatment area and spa lobby.
• Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism.
• Retrieve, deliver, and set-up spa supplies including linen and amenities.
• Accommodate special requests; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in inquiries related to spa services.
• Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors; assist with set-up and breakdown of treatment areas.
• Assist Spa team with daily tasks including stocking, directing guests, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Respond to all interactions in a courteous and efficient manner to maximize guest satisfaction.

• Accommodate special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors includingassistingother staff with set-up and breakdown of their respective treatment areas when needed.
• Assist the Spa team with daily tasks, including but not limited to stocking the spa, directing guests, and maintaining overall cleanliness.
• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.

Preferred Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging with guests, answering their questions, and delivering an unparalleled level of service in a serene setting.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to push, pull or lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
