Job summary

Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara seeks a friendly and skilled Spa Massage Therapist to deliver personalized wellness experiences for owners and guests in a luxury setting. You will perform professional massage, educate guests about services, and maintain pristine treatment rooms while upholding Four Seasons standards.

Part-time shifts include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays. CMTC certification and California licensure are required to join our dedicated spa team.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English is required.
• CMTC certification and active California massage license are required.
• Experience in a luxury spa environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow payroll procedures and keep the log book/schedule chart up to date.
• Keep treatment rooms clean and organize work area at all times.
• Provide a variety of massage modalities as directed by spa management.
• Inform owners/guests about services and products offered in the Spa and Residence Club.
• Perform treatments with approved products and maintain safety standards.
• Respond to any Residence Club emergencies or safety situations as needed.

About the Role:

At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, our Spa Massage Therapists create personalized wellness experiences that help owners and guests relax, recharge, and feel their best. This role combines expert technical skills with genuine care and attention to detail, delivering exceptional treatments in a luxury spa environment while upholding the world-class service standards of Four Seasons.

What You Will Do:

• Follow proper payroll procedures.
• Utilize the log book and schedule chart.
• Keep work area neat, clean and quiet at all times.
• Utilize treatment rooms and provide information to owners and guests about the services offered in the Spa as well as the Residence Club.
• Recommend each of the retail products accurately.
• Provide a variety of modalities in professional massage for any client including, but not limited to, wraps, scrubs, and specialty treatments.
• Perform spa treatments with such products, ingredients, and quantities as outlined by Front Office Manager.
• Respond properly in any Residence Club emergency or safety situation.
• Perform others tasks or projects as assigned by Residence Club management, spa management, and staff.

What you Bring:

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• California Massage Therapy Council (CMTC) certification
• Licensed massage therapist
• Holistic Health Practitioner preferred, however, not a primary requirement

• Hourly Rate: $17.60 plus commissions and gratuities
