Four Seasons Residence Club in Carlsbad, California seeks a Dual Licensed Esthetician and Massage Therapist to deliver luxury spa experiences to Owners and guests. You will perform a full range of treatments in a private, high-end setting, focusing on personalized care and guest satisfaction.

This part-time role requires California licenses, weekend availability, and a commitment to training. You will uphold hygiene standards, support spa operations, and contribute to the club's renowned service

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Current California Massage Therapy and Esthetician licenses required.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of massage, skincare, and body treatment techniques.
• Ability to perform Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, and Lomi Lomi Massage.
• Commitment to spa trainings and ability to perform all treatments on the spa menu after training.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and push, pull, bend, and reach as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of esthetic and massage services, including facials, body treatments, massage therapies, and other spa treatments.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized care while anticipating guest needs and creating memorable wellness experiences.
• Educate guests on skincare, wellness practices, and treatment options, and recommend enhancements.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation for treatment rooms and equipment.
• Support seamless spa operations by maintaining an organized work environment and collaborating with team members.
• Uphold Four Seasons service standards and promote professionalism and care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support Spa and Residence Club operations.

About The Role

As a Dual Licensed Esthetician & Massage Therapist, you will create exceptional wellness experiences for our Residence Club Owners and guests by delivering personalized spa treatments in a luxury environment. This role combines technical expertise, genuine hospitality, and a passion for well‑being to ensure every guest leaves feeling renewed and cared for.

What You Will Do

• Provide a full range of esthetic and massage services, including facials, body treatments, massage therapies, and other spa treatments in accordance with established service standards and treatment protocols.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized care while anticipating guest needs and creating memorable wellness experiences that reflect the Four Seasons commitment to service excellence.
• Educate guests on skincare, wellness practices, treatment options, and retail products, while recommending appropriate enhancements to support treatment goals and elevate the guest experience.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation by preparing, cleaning, and resetting treatment rooms, equipment, linens, and supplies before and after each service.
• Support seamless spa operations by maintaining an organized work environment, assisting with treatment room readiness, and collaborating with fellow team members to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Consistently uphold Four Seasons service standards while promoting a culture of professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Spa and Residence Club operations.

What You Bring

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Current California Massage Therapy and Esthetician licenses required.
• Strong knowledge of massage, skincare, and body treatment techniques.
• Ability to perform Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, and Lomi Lomi Massage treatments.
• Commitment to participating in all required spa trainings and the ability to perform all treatments on the spa menu upon successful completion of training.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and push, pull, bend, and reach as required throughout the workday.
