Job Title

Spa Attendant (Female / Male)

Compensation & Schedule

Salary: $21.00 per hour + tips
Employment Type: Full Time
Shift: Day, Swing

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and offer refreshments.
• Escort guests through the facility and provide a tour of the spa.
• Maintain a relaxing and calm environment throughout the spa experience.
• Establish a good rapport with guests.
• Know the spa menu and current promotions.
• Multitask efficiently while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization of the spa.
• Ensure adequate supplies and service during peak hours.
• Continuously clean and sanitize various areas of the spa and fitness center.
• Maintain par stock levels of towels, washcloths, robes, linens, and toiletries.
• Coordinate daily locker‑room inventory of towels, washcloths, robes with laundry.
• Clean lockers upon guest arrivals and departures.
• Coordinate laundry pickup and delivery between locker, treatment, and laundry rooms; run wash‑dry cycles.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of the steam room; provide cold towels and water as per procedures.
• Prepare and stock infused water, herbal teas, snacks, and fruits for guests in the sanctuary area.
• Coordinate with staff and management on VIPs, special requests, and group arrivals.
• Collaborate with management to improve guest experience, from recovery to outstanding inquiry.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
