Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a guest services associate in Boca Raton, FL. The role involves answering phones, greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and maintaining spa and amenity areas. You must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

The position offers comprehensive benefits, paid holidays, and a 401k with company match. The pay range is $20 per hour with a full-time schedule (Wed–Sun, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM). Experience in reception or spa environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Reception desk and/or salon/spa experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and in a friendly way.
• Greet guests and assist with check-in and scheduling.
• Schedule appointments accurately and maintain calendar.
• Handle the computer system and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain spa and amenity areas and restock materials.
• Provide excellent guest service and teamwork with staff.
• Attend training classes and staff meetings; report maintenance issues.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure a safe work environment.
