PayPal is seeking a Manager, Business Processes, SOX Program to transform and modernize the global SOX audit program. You will drive a technology-enabled, risk-focused approach and act as a strategic partner to the business, ensuring a scalable, high-quality control assurance framework.

This role requires deep SOX expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with senior management while mentoring a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Professional certification including CPA, CIA, CISA, and/or CISSP.
• Experience modernizing SOX programs (automation, analytics).
• Strong financial process acumen and risk management knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Oversee SOX readiness for new product launches, system implementations, and M&A integrations.
• Lead end-to-end SOX lifecycle for business process controls (O2C, R2R, P2P).
• Guide cross-functional teams, partner with external auditors, and drive high-quality audits with minimal disruption.
• Develop frameworks to leverage AI, data analytics, and automation to improve risk coverage.
