PayPal is seeking a Manager, Business Processes, SOX Program to transform and lead the global SOX audit program. The role focuses on a technology-enabled, risk-focused approach, combining deep SOX expertise with business-process mastery to deliver a scalable, future-ready program.

The leader will mentor a high-performing team, partner with Finance, IT, and operations, and report to senior leadership with executive-ready messaging.

Competenze

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, CISA, and/or CISSP is preferred.
• Strong financial process acumen and accounting technical skills; experience modernizing SOX programs (automation, analytics, AI).

Mansioni

• Manage audit assignments, including drafting audit issues and reports, socializing findings with management, and soliciting feedback.
• Oversee annual SOX planning, including risk assessment, materiality, scoping, and timeline governance.
• Partner with external auditors to drive efficient, high-quality audits with minimal disruption.
• Oversee end-to-end deficiency lifecycle, including identification, evaluation, and remediation tracking.
• Drive a culture of ownership, curiosity, and operational excellence.
