PayPal seeks a Manager of SOX Program within Internal Audit to lead a modern, risk-focused SOX framework. You will champion data analytics and automation, leveraging AI to drive efficiency while partnering with Finance, IT, and Operations.

This role demands strategic vision and strong leadership to build a scalable, future-ready program. You will guide senior leadership, manage a cross-functional team, and ensure robust control design across global processes.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience; Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience modernizing SOX programs with automation and analytics
• CPA, CIA, CISA, or CISSP certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Oversee annual SOX planning including risk assessment and timeline governance
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing SOX team
• Partner with external auditors to drive efficient, high-quality audits
• Oversee AI/data analytics initiatives to enhance risk coverage and precision
• Develop framework to assess risks from AI-driven processes, including governance and data integrity
