PayPal is seeking a Manager, Business Processes, SOX Program to transform the global SOX audit program with data-driven, automated, and AI-enabled approaches. This role partners with Finance, IT, Product, Legal, and Operations to design scalable controls and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing SOX team, oversee planning and remediation, and collaborate with external auditors to deliver high-quality audits with minimal disruption.

Competenze

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• CPA/CIA/CISA/CISSP certification is preferred
• Strong understanding of risk management methodologies and internal controls

Mansioni

• Manage audit assignments, draft issues and reports, socialize findings with management
• Coach and mentor team members, oversee issue tracking and closure
• Lead SOX planning, risk assessments, and end-to-end lifecycle for business process controls (O2C, R2R, P2P)
