Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SOX/compliance or risk and controls functions.
• Strong understanding of SOX, ICFR, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience conducting walkthroughs, controls testing, and issue evaluation.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end execution of SOX and ICFR reviews across planning, testing, and reporting.
• Assess risks and control requirements with stakeholders from Finance, Technology, and business units.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of manual controls and document evidence.
