The ideal candidate has 2+ years in SOX testing or related roles, strong COSO knowledge, and solid Excel skills.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in SOX testing, internal audit, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of SOX/ICFR and financial reporting processes.
• Auditing background with evidence of testing and walkthroughs.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned SOX/ICFR reviews from planning to reporting.
• Coordinate risk assessments to identify significant processes and changes impacting financial reporting risk.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of controls through evidence review and documentation.
• Lead updates to narratives, control matrices, and flowcharts to stay audit-ready.
• Coordinate with control owners and partners to obtain evidence and complete testing on time.
• Identify gaps, assess impact, and support remediation actions.
• Serve as liaison for auditors and provide clear communication throughout the audit lifecycle.
• Provide guidance to junior staff on testing methodology and documentation.
