Zusammenfassung

Shift4 is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to lead and execute annual SOX compliance efforts, including review, testing, and evaluation of controls over financial reporting. The role is hands-on from planning through execution and will be based in Center Valley, PA with a hybrid work schedule.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in internal audit and/or public accounting, a BA/BS in accounting or AIS, and professional certifications such as CIA or CISA.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or accounting information systems.
• 4–7 years of experience; public accounting and public company internal audit a plus.
• Professional certification (e.g. CIA, CISA) in process or pursuing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations.
• Experience with information systems (Oracle, Blackline) is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist in coordinating and executing the audit plan and assess risks and controls.
• Collaborate with external auditor (PwC) on SOX testing and testing strategy.
• Track completion status of SOX tasks and communicate results to Audit Director and management.
• Perform annual SOX compliance testing, remediation testing, and recommendations.
• Lead business process walkthrough meetings and operational effectiveness testing.
• Ensure audit fieldwork and findings are documented per IIA standards.
