Job summary

Optiv seeks a Service Contracts Manager to qualify and manage services contracts, craft and maintain SOWs, and serve as the subject matter expert for the SOW process. This role drives the delivery of service offerings to clients and mentors the SCORE team.

You will partner with stakeholders on best practices, ensure high-quality contract documents, and lead process improvements while complying with regulatory terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7-10 years combined work experience; 2-4 years in contracts, supply chain, procurement, or related areas.
• 5 years professional work experience directly related to contracts/services.
• 4-7 years professional writing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage SOW development and maintenance.
• Drive QA on all outgoing services opportunities and contracts.
• Mentor SCORE team and other contract stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to ensure compliant, scalable solutions.
• Coordinate with Legal for amendments and approvals.
