Job summary

Optiv is seeking a Service Contracts Manager to own SOW development, QA, and vendor relationships while guiding internal and external clients. You will craft SOWs, SOs, and change orders, ensure quality of services, and mentor the SCORE team in best practices.

Ideal candidates have extensive contract-writing experience, CRM proficiency, and strong communication skills to navigate complex vendor relationships in a technology services context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in listed fields.
• 7–10 years combined experience in contracts/supply chain/procurement.
• CRM software experience required (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with third-party vendors and ensure pricing deliverables.
• Drive SOW/SO/Change Order and Task Order development and QA.
• Mentor SCORE team and support process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with contracting and procurement best practices.
