Job summary

Seaboard Foods is seeking a Sow Farm Supervisor to manage day-to-day farm tasks, ensure production targets are met, and supervise employees on the farm. The role focuses on training a competent workforce, scheduling, auditing facilities, and maintaining accurate paperwork.

The successful candidate will oversee the care of sows, submit production analyses, and manage farm supply orders while ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or 4+ years related experience and/or training; or 2–5 years swine experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be proficient in English, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Train employees on day-to-day processes and procedures to build a competent workforce.
• Create and manage employee schedules and maintain personnel paperwork.
• Conduct farm audits to ensure SOPs are followed and facilities are in good condition.
• Ensure daily and weekly production targets are met and submit production analyses.
• Care for sows on the farm and manage farm supply orders.
