Overview
Our client is a trusted IT infrastructure and managed services provider serving enterprise customers worldwide. Based out of Dallas, they are looking to hire an SOWE Booking Analyst on a Contract basis.
Contract Duration: 6 Month Contract to hire (Potential for extension or conversion)
Required Qualifications
- Experience in operations, project coordination, or a role involving complex, multi‑step workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working across multiple systems and tools (e.g., CRM platforms, document repositories, tracking dashboards)
- Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Ability to manage multiple requests at once while maintaining accuracy
Preferred
- Experience supporting Professional Services or project‑based work
- Familiarity with Statements of Work, purchase orders, or contract‑driven engagements
- Exposure to Salesforce and SharePoint‑based workflows
Daily Responsibilities
- Managing the end to end SOW booking process, from intake through final system updates, following established workflows and controls
- Reviewing and validating required documentation, including executed SOWs, purchase orders, pricing sheets, and approvals
- Ensuring consistency across SOWs, pricing, and booking data before work is released for delivery
- Managing Docusign execution when needed and confirming completed documents are stored correctly
- Creating and submitting post sales requests (such as WBS creation and project setup) with accuracy and attention to compliance requirements
- Partnering with Sales, SOW Analysts, and Professional Services to resolve gaps, clarify inputs, and keep work moving
- Flagging risks, discrepancies, or missing information early and escalating thoughtfully when needed
- Identifying opportunities to improve booking workflows, documentation standards, or handoffs as the business scales
- Taking time to observe the end to end booking process, learn how the business operates, and recommend practical improvements to reduce friction and improve handoffs between teams
