The role involves managing the end-to-end SOW booking process and ensuring documentation accuracy. Qualifications

• Experience in operations, project coordination, or complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end to end SOW booking process, following established workflows.
• Review and validate documentation including SOWs and purchase orders.
• Ensure consistency across SOWs, pricing, and booking data before delivery.
• Manage Docusign execution and document storage.
• Create and submit post sales requests with accuracy.
• Partner with teams to resolve gaps and keep workflow moving.
• Flag risks or discrepancies and escalate when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and documentation standards.
