Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 10+ years of experience (or Master’s degree with 8+ years) in strategic planning, PMM, management consulting, or business operations in an enterprise technology environment.
• Professional experience in enterprise cloud, infrastructure SaaS, cybersecurity, or regulated technology markets.
• Hands-on experience managing complex, cross-functional programs, commercial offers launches, or global GTM activations.
• Experience developing executive-level briefing materials, keynote narratives, strategic messaging frameworks, or ELT presentations.
• Proven track record of managing cross-organizational program roadmaps and launch deliverables across matrixed stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the global launch strategy, executive messaging, and operational activation across Cisco’s Market Access portfolio.
• Establish and execute the event roadmap, messaging criteria, and narrative frameworks for high-profile industry platforms, press announcements, and ELT keynotes.
• Partner with executive communications leaders across Product and the CSO to sequence sovereign cloud messaging for customers, partners, and market analysts.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across legal, regulatory, product, and business development to track partnerships and launch milestones.
• Translate geopolitical, regulatory, and architectural requirements into actionable playbooks to accelerate market readiness and commercial momentum.
