Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sovereign Cloud and Global Activation Strategy and Planning Manager to orchestrate the global launch strategy and executive messaging across the Market Access portfolio.

You will establish the event roadmap, define narratives for high‑profile platforms and ELT keynotes, and partner with product, regulatory and legal teams to ensure cohesive sovereign cloud messaging and timely delivery of launch milestones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic planning or PMM in enterprise tech
• Experience in enterprise cloud, infrastructure SaaS, cybersecurity
• Experience managing cross-functional strategic programs or GTM launches
• Experience developing executive briefing materials and ELT presentations
• Proven ability to manage cross-organizational roadmaps and milestones

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate global launch strategy and executive messaging
• Establish and execute event roadmap and narratives for industry platforms and ELT keynotes
• Partner with exec communications, product, and CSO to align sovereign cloud messaging
• Drive cross-functional alignment across legal, regulatory, product, and BD to track milestones
• Translate geopolitical and regulatory requirements into actionable playbooks to accelerate market readiness
