Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. seeks a Sovereign Cloud and Global Activation Strategy and Planning Manager to orchestrate the global launch strategy, executive messaging, and operational activation across Cisco’s Market Access portfolio.

You will partner with executive communications leaders, legal, regulatory, product, and business development to translate geopolitical and regulatory requirements into actionable playbooks that accelerate market readiness and commercial momentum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 10+ years of experience (or Master’s degree with 8+ years) in strategic planning, product marketing (PMM), management consulting, or business operations in an enterprise technology environment.
• Professional experience in enterprise cloud, infrastructure SaaS, cybersecurity, or regulated technology markets.
• Hands-on experience managing cross-functional strategic programs, commercial offer launches, or global GTM activations.
• Experience developing executive-level briefing materials, keynote narratives, strategic messaging frameworks, or ELT-level presentations.
• Proven track record of managing cross-organizational program roadmaps, partnership milestones, and launch deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead global launch strategy, executive messaging, and operational activation for Market Access portfolio.
• Develop and manage event roadmaps, messaging criteria, and narratives for industry platforms and ELT keynotes.
• Collaborate with Product and CSO to align sovereign cloud messaging across customers, partners, and analysts.
• Coordinate with legal, regulatory, product, and business development to track milestones and deliverables.
