Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sovereign Cloud and Global Activation Strategy and Planning Manager to lead the global launch strategy, executive messaging, and operational activation across the Market Access portfolio.

You will guide messaging criteria and narrative frameworks for major industry platforms and ELT keynotes, partnering with product and regulatory teams to ensure cohesive sovereign cloud communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product marketing, management consulting, or business ops in enterprise tech.
• Experience in enterprise cloud, infrastructure SaaS, cybersecurity, or regulated tech markets.
• Experience developing executive briefing materials, keynote narratives, and ELT-Level presentations.
• Proven track record managing cross‑functional program roadmaps and launch deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate global launch strategy and executive messaging for Market Access portfolio.
• Establish and execute a comprehensive event roadmap and narrative frameworks for high‑profile platforms and ELT keynotes.
• Partner with executive communications, product, and CSO to align sovereign cloud messaging for customers, partners, and analysts.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment across legal, regulatory, product, and business development to track milestones and deliverables.
• Translate geopolitical, regulatory, and architectural requirements into actionable playbooks to accelerate market readiness.
