Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sovereign Cloud and Global Activation Strategy and Planning Manager to orchestrate the global launch strategy, executive messaging, and operational activation across the Market Access portfolio.

You will partner with executive communications, drive the event roadmap, and translate geopolitical and regulatory requirements into actionable playbooks to accelerate market readiness and momentum for Cisco’s sovereign cloud initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 10+ years in strategic planning, PMM, or business operations in enterprise tech.
• Master’s degree with 8+ years in strategic planning, PMM, or related roles.
• Experience in enterprise cloud, infrastructure SaaS, cybersecurity, or regulated technology markets.
• Hands-on experience managing complex cross-functional strategic programs, launches, or GTM activations.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level briefing materials, keynote narratives, and ELT-level presentations.
• Strong track record of cross-organizational roadmaps, milestones, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the global launch strategy and executive messaging for Cisco’s Market Access portfolio.
• Establish and execute the event roadmap, messaging criteria, and narrative frameworks for high-profile platforms and ELT keynotes.
• Partner with executive communications across Product and CSO to align sovereign cloud messaging for customers, partners, and analysts.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with legal, regulatory, product, and business development to track partnerships, milestones, and launch deliverables.
• Translate geopolitical, regulatory, and architectural requirements into actionable playbooks to accelerate market readiness and momentum for Cisco’s sovereign cloud business.
