Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sovereign Cloud and Global Activation Strategy and Planning Manager to lead the global launch strategy and executive communications across our Market Access portfolio.

You will shape the narrative, drive activation plans, and ensure cross-functional buy-in from legal, regulatory, product, and business development teams. The role requires navigating geopolitical and regulatory complexities, translating them into actionable playbooks, and coordinating with ELT

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in strategic planning, PMM, management consulting, or business operations in enterprise tech.
Experience in enterprise cloud, infrastructure SaaS, cybersecurity, or regulated tech markets.
Hands-on experience managing cross-functional strategic programs, global GTM launches, or large scale programs.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate global launch strategy, executive messaging, and activation across Cisco’s Market Access portfolio.
Define and execute event roadmaps, messaging criteria, and narrative frameworks for industry platforms and ELT keynotes.
Coordinate with legal, regulatory, product, and business development to track milestones and deliverables.
