Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sovereign Cloud and Global Activation Strategy and Planning Manager to orchestrate the global launch strategy, executive messaging, and operational activation across Cisco’s Market Access portfolio.

You will partner with executive communications, product, and regulatory teams to sequence and embed cohesive sovereign cloud messaging for customers, partners, and analysts. This role requires travel and remote work flexibility within the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic planning, PMM, or related operations in enterprise tech.
• Experience in enterprise cloud, infrastructure SaaS, cybersecurity, or regulated tech.
• Experience managing cross‑functional strategic programs and global GTM activations.
• Experience developing executive briefing materials and ELT presentations.
• Experience managing cross‑organizational program roadmaps and launch milestones.

Responsabilités

• Orchestrate global launch strategy and executive messaging for Market Access portfolio.
• Establish and execute event roadmap, messaging criteria, and narratives for industry platforms and ELT keynotes.
• Partner with executive communications, product, and legal to align sovereign cloud messaging.
• Track partnership milestones, compliance milestones, and launch deliverables across stakeholders.
• Translate geopolitical and regulatory requirements into actionable playbooks to accelerate market readiness.
